What types of health insurance do you accept?

We accept most PPO Insurances.

If you want us to verify your insurance benefits. Please text us (714-388-4106) the front and back of your insurance card as well as your full name and date of birth.

What is your new patient procedure?

When you walk in, you will fill out some forms. Then I will examine and discuss your treatment plan. If you need X-rays or MRIs, you may get them taken. Then we will start treatment!
